A Deep Dive into the Impact of COVID-19 on Software Development

Context: COVID-19 pandemic has impacted different business sectors around the world. Objective. This study investigates impact of on software projects and development professionals. Method: We conducted a mining repository based 100 GitHub developed in Java using ten metrics. Next, we surveyed 279 professionals for better understanding daily activities wellbeing.
